Return & Exchange Policy

At TTS Atelier, we stand behind the quality of every strap we handcraft. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. The 30-day window begins on the date your order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, not the date of purchase. This accounts for our custom build times and variable shipping durations.
2. Item Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn or only briefly tried on for sizing purposes
- Free from signs of wear, scratching, or damage caused after delivery
- In their original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. What We Accept Returns On
Returns and exchanges are accepted on all items in our catalog.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A store exchange for another item
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first to confirm availability. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item to you. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.
- Outbound shipping on the replacement item is charged at our standard flat rate of $5.99 USD.
6. Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived defective or damaged (see Section 7), the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the defect or damage
For verified defective or damaged items, we will either:
- Cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement, or
- Send a free replacement without requiring a return, at our discretion
