TTS Atelier Watch Straps is a brand of TTS Atelier, a Tommy’s Time Shop Company, a small business located at 511 Dover Road, Lower Level Suite 2, Toms River, NJ 08757. We handcraft premium leather watch straps sold exclusively through our website.

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at our sole discretion, including if we determine that our products are not a suitable fit for a customer’s needs.

3. Products

All watch straps sold on this website are custom, handcrafted items made to order. As such:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to handcrafted leather goods and are not considered defects.
  • Product images are representative and actual items may vary slightly in appearance.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change product offerings at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify you before processing an order at a corrected price.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through our WooCommerce-powered website. Payment is processed securely by Square. We do not store your payment card data on our servers. Square handles all payment processing and is subject to its own terms and privacy policies.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

6. Order Processing & Lead Times

Because all items are handcrafted to order, please allow the following lead times:

  • Standard orders: approximately 2 business days processing before shipment.
  • Orders requiring custom or specialty materials: 5–7 business days processing before shipment.

We will notify you if your order is expected to exceed these timeframes. Processing times do not include transit time.

7. Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details. In summary:

  • We ship to the United States and Canada via USPS.
  • Free shipping applies to US orders over $50.00 USD. All other orders carry a flat rate of $5.99 USD.
  • Customers in Canada are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details. In summary:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn or only briefly tried on, in original condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our website shall first be submitted to binding arbitration before either party may pursue other legal remedies. Arbitration shall take place in Toms River, New Jersey, or via mutually agreed remote proceedings. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction.
