Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TTS Atelier. Because every strap is handcrafted to order, please review our shipping and processing information below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Times

All TTS Atelier watch straps are made by hand after your order is placed. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

  • Standard orders: approximately 2 business days
  • Orders requiring custom or specialty materials: 5โ€“7 business days

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If your order will be delayed beyond these timeframes, we will contact you directly.

2. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). For US domestic orders, we use USPS Ground Advantage. For orders to Canada, USPS hands off to Canada Post for final delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

  • US Orders over $50.00 USD: FREE shipping
  • US Orders under $50.00 USD: $5.99 USD flat rate
  • Canada: $5.99 USD flat rate

The free shipping threshold for US orders is calculated based on the order subtotal before any discounts or coupons are applied.

Free shipping thresholds and flat rates are subject to change. We recommend checking this page at the time of purchase for current rates.

4. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Canada

We do not currently ship to other international destinations. This may change in the future โ€” check back for updates.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the Canadian government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

TTS Atelier has no control over customs processes or related charges and cannot predict what fees may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to ordering.

6. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. USPS delivery times can vary based on destination and carrier capacity. TTS Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or customs processing.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at usps.com.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors and around your property
  • Allow 1โ€“2 additional business days, as carriers sometimes mark items delivered early
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number
